My background in IT shapes how I design. I like getting into the logic behind a product, mapping how things connect, and making the experience easier to use. I use AI tools to build working prototypes, explore ideas, and communicate interactions with developers.
The work I do
Most recently, I designed policy management workflows for a B2B insurance platform, from creating a policy to managing its details and finances. My earlier work includes digital experiences for JobStreet, Sime Darby, and Nestlé.
How I work
I work through requirements with the product team, test ideas through prototypes, and refine the details with developers.
